Privacy Policy

Dwight (“Dwight,” “we,” “us”) is a personal productivity assistant operated by Orange Grove Communications. This policy explains what data Dwight accesses, how it is used, how it is stored, and the choices you have. Questions: amir@orangegrovecomms.com.
Who Dwight is for
Dwight is a private assistant used by its owner and explicitly authorized individuals. It is not a public consumer service and is not intended for anyone under 18.
Data we access
Dwight only accesses data from a source after you connect it and grant permission. Depending on which sources you connect, this may include:
- WhatsApp — messages and contact names from accounts you connect, via the WhatsApp Business Cloud API and/or a linked device, used to read and respond on your behalf.
- Google Workspace — Gmail messages, Google Calendar events, and Google Drive file metadata, via Google OAuth.
- Time & work tools — Toggl time entries, Timing activity, Slack saved items, Granola meeting notes, and Apple Notes you sync.
We request the minimum access needed to provide Dwight’s features and only for the accounts you connect.
How we use your data
Your data is used solely to provide Dwight’s functionality — organizing your priorities, surfacing what matters, drafting and sending messages you approve, and related assistant features. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
WhatsApp data
Where you connect a WhatsApp number, message content is processed to provide assistant features (reading, summarizing, and responding to messages you direct). Use of the WhatsApp Business Platform is subject to Meta’s terms. Messages from shared or group chats are handled under additional restrictions and are excluded from features where you have not opted in.
Service providers
To operate Dwight, data may be processed by infrastructure and AI providers acting on our behalf, including Supabase (database/storage), Vercel(hosting), and AI model providers such as Anthropic and Google(for the language-model processing that powers Dwight’s reasoning). These providers process data only to deliver the service.
Storage & security
Data is stored in access-controlled infrastructure (Supabase) and protected with industry- standard measures including encryption in transit. Access is restricted to the account owner and authorized operators.
Retention & deletion
We retain data only as long as needed to provide Dwight’s features. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing amir@orangegrovecomms.com. Disconnecting a source (e.g. WhatsApp or Google) stops further access from that source.
Changes
We may update this policy as Dwight evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
